We supported London’s International Festival of Theatre 2024 with marketing and communications. Our assistance included strategy, liaising with venues, and public outreach. LIFT is a culmination of eight inspiring shows, fueled by activism, justice and more, bringing the world to London.

We assisted Edinburgh International Festival in building their 2024 website, ahead of their launch in March 2024. The programme includes opera, music, theatre and dance.

Made in Scotland

We supported Made in Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe showcase in 2023 and 2024. After a successful run in 2023, we were invited to work with Made in Scotland again in 2024. We aided in the website design and customizing, copywriting and editing, social media content generation and direct communications with shows. Made in Scotland’s showcase is full of fabulous homegrown theater at the world’s largest arts festival.

Chunky Jewellery

We led the marketing for Barrowland Ballet’s show at Tramway Glasgow in March 2024. Chunky Jewellery is raw, open hearted and brutally honest. We worked alongside the venue to target local audiences for this one-day-only show, which was a great success!

And the Birds Did Sing

We managed the marketing and communications in this Scottish tour, and focused on targeting local audiences. It is an intimate solo dance theatre work, performed with an evocative soundtrack, poetic text and ethereal set design.

Liberation Squares

We supported Fifth Word in their production Liberation Squares - a riotous, funny play told through the technicolor lens of three teenage girls. We aided in marketing and communications - specifically, social media planning, branding development and public outreach for the England-wide tour that ran April - June 2024.

The Good, The Bad and The Poultry

We supported Adrenalism by organising the marketing and communications campaign for the tour. The Good, The Bad and The Poultry was an accessible, family friendly show that brought local communities together across the country.

The Third Sister

We assisted Solar Bear in their new show, The Third Sister. Our role included social media content creation, print arrangement and distribution, contact with local community groups, and supporting the accessibility of The Third Sister to deaf and hearing audiences alike.

Craft Scotland

We provided light support to the Craft Scotland Communications team during a busy time, and while they were recruiting for full time positions. Our support included copywriting and editing, social media content generation and direct communications with stakeholders for their events.

Life is a Dream

Life is a Dream was the Lyceum’s first production back since they closed in 2019. The campaign not only needed to sell the show, but also reassure audiences that their visit would feel safe and Covid-secure. The show achieved a near sell-out run, winning praise from press and audiences.

Once Upon a Snowstorm

This was Lyra’s first ever Christmas show for local families. Tickets were free, but the challenge was to reach audiences who live in Craigmillar and Niddrie who wouldn’t usually come to a theatre show. We managed the marketing and communications campaign, focusing on targeting local community ‘gatekeepers.’ Helen also worked as Assistant Producer for the production and tour, under Louise Gilmour-Wills from Catherine Wheels Theatre Company.

Catherine Wheels

Helen has provided ongoing marketing and communications support to Scotland’s most celebrated children’s theatre company, Catherine Wheels, since 2019. Projects and campaigns include WhirlyGig, Lifeboat, Make Space Artists Fund and Christmas Dinner in association with Lyceum Theatre. Helen also produced White: The Film for schools in Scotland in December 2020 and was Assistant Producer for Once Upon a Snowstorm by Lyra, supported by Catherine Wheels.

Dance Happens Here

Helen led on the marketing and communications campaign for Dumfries and Galloway Dance’s pop-up dance tour of Dumfries and Galloway in Summer & Autumn 2021.

State of Play

Helen worked with FST to lead on a communications campaign for State of Play – their inaugural nationwide survey into the professional performing arts, targeting non-FST members.Helen worked with FST to lead on a communications campaign for State of Play – their inaugural nationwide survey into the professional performing arts, targeting non-FST members.
