Creativity, openness, kindness. These are our values and how we work. We enjoy working with people who match these values and who want to see positive change in the world through art.

Helen has been providing freelance marketing and communications services to clients within the performing and visual arts sectors since 2016, prioritising projects which have strong positive social and ethical ambitions, and aim to empower their audiences.

She specialises in digital marketing, encompassing social media strategy, website management, content creation and design, as well as managing full marketing and press campaigns for tours, festivals and companies. Recent collaborators include Catherine Wheels Theatre Company, Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, Craft Scotland, Federation of Scottish Theatre and DARKFIELD.

Prior to establishing her own company Eragona Communications in 2021, Helen was Marketing & Communications Manager at the award-winning Jupiter Artland sculpture park, working with Trisha Brown Dance Company on their Edinburgh International Festival performances, as well as launching the inaugural Jupiter Rising art & music festival.

Helen has also held marketing positions at National Museums Scotland, Traverse Theatre, and as a consultant at Arts & Heritage Consultancy BOP Consulting. She occasionally guest lectures at Queen Margaret University and is on the Patients Panel for Anthony Nolan.

Upon finishing his undergrad in 2019, Sean has been pursuing a career in Marketing and the Arts, having interned briefly at Hanover Communications in London, before returning home to complete a Creative Writing Masters at the University of Glasgow during the height of the Pandemic.

Since joining Eragona Communications in the September of 2022, Sean has helped provide support for several Marketing and Communications campaigns, typically assisting with: planning and implementing social media strategy, arrangement of media buying, delivering ad campaigns, assisting in the development of branding and print design, web content implementation and data entry, press and public outreach, developing press releases, and more.

Clients Sean has worked for include DARKFIELD, Civic Digits, Catherine Wheels, Katie Armstrong Projects, Solar Bear, Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival, London International Festival of Theatre, Fifth Word Theatre and others.
